Our Origin & Purpose

Bridging the gap between Forsyth youth and meaningful community action

Forsyth high school students have always had the drive to serve, but finding verified volunteer slots often meant untangling scattered emails, paper logs, and hard-to-reach coordinator contacts.

We built Common Connect as a student-led initiative to eliminate that friction. By partnering directly with local senior care facilities, neighborhood food pantries, and civic drives, we connect teenagers with real neighbors who value their presence.
